Tenacity Takes a SkyDive
I have a reputation for doing the unconventional. I love the Marine motto of Improvise, Adapt, Overcome and have matched that with the Survivor mantra of Outwit, Outplay, Outlast. That’s all proven to be a very successful formula for me in both my personal and professional lives and so once I retired, flabbergasted at the odds of a rookie novelist finding a publisher, I did what any other red-blooded American would do – I did it myself. Luckily, the Midwest Book Review and so many others enjoyed what they saw in FOUND IN TIME. Consequently, there are big expectations on just how good my highly anticipated FUELIN’ AROUND novel will be.
For me, once I typed THE END for the last time and gave the formatters in New Zealand the green light to prep for launch, I decided to celebrate. It was time to do something exciting. For me, jumping out of a perfectly good airplane on a beautiful day over South Jersey seemed like the right move. That, should all go well, would be followed by a Happy Hour celebration back in Media, Pennsylvania where I live.
Take a look at my expression. Pure joy. Happy with FUELIN AROUND and thrilled to be doing something I’ve always wanted to do. Be sure to follow your heart and don’t take no for an answer unless it’s the police telling you to slow down. The book’s official launch will take place on November 1. Thumbs Up!
