T-shirt art depicts a powerful scene from The Lost Pulse

Written by J.K. Kelly on August 3rd, 2020

If you haven’t already read THE LOST PULSE, this scene represents a powerful moment in the book when the President of the United States flies over The Movie Memphis Belle and other famous warbirds resting at a 4th of July celebration he’s set to attend. Once inside a plane much like the one his late uncle flew on, his mind takes him to his mother’s heartbreak and painful memory from the D-Day Invasion over Normandy during World War II. My father, like so many others, fought in Europe during that war and I’ve had the honor of touring Normandy, meeting heroic paratroopers like Les Cruise, and flying in a few of these special birds. It’s with the utmost respect that I remember them for their bravery and sacrifices.

THE LOST PULSE, and it’s predecessor FOUND IN TIME, take readers on quite a journey. Monticello, Camp David, Berlin, Gethsemane, and so many other historic locations. If you enjoy reading historical fiction, time travel, and military themes, these two novels might be for you. The first chapters of each book are available on this site, under books. Hope to see you in the coming year at events like the Mid-Atlantic World War II Weekend at the Reading Regional Airport in Pennsylvania June 4-6, 2021. If you’d like to get hold of a commemorative t-shirt before then email me at jkkellybooks@gmail.com. Cheers. JK
